50 minutes | $160 for individuals
80 minutes | $180 for couples

For other insurances I am an out of network provider. You can use the Mentaya tool to the right to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
A note about couples therapy and insurance:
Couples therapy is an investment in your relationship, but unfortunately most insurance plans don’t cover it. That’s because insurance only pays for services aimed at treating a diagnosed mental health condition for one person, while couples therapy focuses on the relationship itself. Our work together is about building communication, deepening understanding, and resolving challenges—not just treating symptoms. Because of this, sessions are considered non-medical by insurance companies and are not reimbursable.
Supervision
I am an approved supervisor in the state of Washington. Supervision can be split between multiple clinicians to share cost.
