Individual therapy offered either remotely (throughout Washington State) or in person through my office in Lynnwood
50 minutes | $160
I am in network with the following insurance:
Kaiser
First Choice
Premera
Lyra Health
For other insurances I am an out of network provider. You can use the Mentaya tool to the right to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
Supervision
I am an approved supervisor in the state of Washington. Supervision can be split between multiple clinicians to share cost.
60 minutes | $160
A quick note about insurance: If you have Kaiser or Premera you are responsible for checking your eligibility and whether I am in network with your specific plan.
**Out of network benefits require me to give you a superbill that you would then submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
